Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-integrated applications that solve real logistics and operations problems.
- Identify opportunities for AI/LLM-driven automation across Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance, and propose data-driven solutions.
- Translate business requirements into BRS/TRS/RTM artefacts per Dimerco IT standards, including AI feasibility analysis and solution design.
- Research emerging AI technologies, turn them into practical innovations, and deliver AI-driven solutions within project deadlines.
- Analyze and assist in gathering and supporting user requirements for IT applications as needed.
- Other tasks as Management assigned.
Yêu cầu ứng viên:
AI/ML Skills
- Strong Python skills for AI/ML and data work (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, Groq) into production applications, including prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Familiarity with classical ML (e.g. XGBoost) for tabular problems such as risk scoring or forecasting; exposure to agent frameworks, cloud AI services (Azure ML, AWS, GCP), or deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) is a plus.
Core Technical Skills
- Working experience with Vue.js (Vue 3) and TypeScript for building AI-facing user interfaces.
- Familiarity with C# .NET 8 Web API.
- Working SQL skills on MS SQL Server (queries and basic schema design).
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, and cloud deployment (Vercel, Azure, AWS, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of software development experience, with at least one shipped production application.
- English communication is a MUST (for working and presenting with the Global IT Team).
